Berger & Föhr back story:

Together, Todd Berger and Lucian Föhr are Berger & Föhr (http://bergerfohr.com), an internationally recognized graphic design team. They have worked side by side for the past 12 years. Their works have been exhibited both nationally and internationally.

As design studio Berger & Föhr they practice contemporary visual communication with an emphasis on brand identity, website, and mobile device design. They simultaneously maintain an art practice focusing on the design and production of limited edition prints (screen prints, woodblocks, and lithographs).

Grounded in a comprehensive methodology and rooted in experience and intuition, B&F create lasting, considered works. They select their clients and their projects carefully to ensure success. Their studio’s principles are the product of a modern – analytical, approach to design.
Its practices are the function a combined 30 years spent working with a diverse clientele, from Global 500 companies like Adidas, Ford, Herman Miller, Intel, and Timberland to cultural entities, museums, galleries and startups and independents.

Prior to founding Berger & Föhr Todd & Lucian cofounded design studio Cypher13 (http://cypher13.com/) and the gallery, boutique and online art and design culture community portal, JoyEngine (http://www.joyengine.com/).

In 2012 Todd and Lucian (along with 5 other co-founders) founded Ello, a revolutionary social network that is transforming how people connect, free from advertising, manipulation, and exploitation. They are currently leading product and handling all of the design responsibilities at Ello.

Ello’s clean and minimalist design supports a global creative community where people can be whoever they want to be. As a public benefit corporation, Ello has committed to never sell ads or user data.

Ello launched in the fall of 2014 with just 90 people on the network. Today there are millions.
