Peggy began her recruiting and HR career in 1999 as the HR Director at Tesser, a nationally recognized design agency. In 2003, she began working as an independent recruiting and HR consultant. In 2010, Peggy founded Creative Alignments to provide a smarter alternative to the traditional contingency model of recruiting. With 17 employees and offices in Boulder and Denver, Creative Alignments has become the go-to recruiting partner for close to 100 startups and later stage businesses across the front range. Peggy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Education from Northwestern University. Peggy enjoys being a mom and is an avid softball player, golfer, tennis player, skier, and yoga devotee.
