Ron works for the City of Boulder, Colorado as Open Data Manager and Senior Applications Developer. He is a passionate advocate for open data through his work with the city and through his involvement with Open Colorado, a statewide open data non-profit, as a board member the past four years.

Ron previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Government Webmasters from 2006 to 2012 as Lakes Region Director, and from 2008 to 2011 as Board President.
When not working with data, Ron is an avid cinephile and enjoys hiking with his wife and two sons.
