Super-efficient HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the ideal workout for a busy schedule. In these 30 minute High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, you’ll alternate between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity. These classes will be taught by ONE Boulder Fitness’s certified Personal Trainers who will incorporate equipment such as Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainers, Bosu Balls and so much more. Each class during the week will be taught by a different Trainer and have a different format to keep things fresh and interesting.
