Lessons Learned in Recruiting and Accelerating Women

Data overwhelmingly shows that gender diversity increases performance, but recruiting women is not always an easy task. Elizabeth Kraus, co-founder of MergeLane, an accelerator for women-led startups, will lead a discussion with four of our community's leading companies to explore lessons learned from recruiting female technology and startup talent.

Panelists include Kim Benson, Director, Leadership Development at Trimble Navigation, Rachael Donaldson, VP, People.Culture.Brand. at Zayo Group, and Sarah Innocenzi, VP, People at sovrn,  and Scott Green, Engineering Site Director, Google.
