Lessons Learned in Recruiting and Accelerating Women

Data overwhelmingly shows that gender diversity increases performance, but recruiting women is not always an easy task. Elizabeth Kraus, co-founder of MergeLane, an accelerator for women-led startups, will lead a discussion with four of our community's leading companies to explore lessons learned from recruiting female technology and startup talent.
