Raising money through AngelList Syndicates is awesome, but the inner workings can be a bit of black box. Once you get someone to "lead" your Syndicate, there are a lot of things that go on behind the scenes. Foundry Group's FG Angels Syndicate invested in Ramen in November 2014. In this session, Ramen's CEO will talk about what happens before the Syndicate "goes live", what you can expect up until the day the money hits the bank, and some interesting gotchas along the way.
