Brian Baker is the managing partner at First User Group, a Boulder-based strategic design company. Brian's work and life revolve around strategic design and studying how people interact with all product. He has worked in Information Architecture/Human Factor Design for two decades, and has been designing and manufacturing connected devices and their interfaces for the past 10 years.
