Work life balance is tough. Work life balance in a startup is tougher. Depression in startups is becoming more and more common. This session will be a facilitated conversation exploring what kinds of things professionals can do to avoid depression and burn out. We want to hear your point of view on how can we still enjoy the ride in the face of so much pressure. What things can we do as individuals? What can teams do to support the well being of its team members? Leave with a few new tools and the knowledge that you are not alone on this quest to find balance.
The conversation will be led by Sam Elmore & Michael Rich from org dev.
